Magnetic North: MISJY, Raw-L, Albion

For the first time in almost 2 years, Magnetic North comes home to Sheffield. MSJY's ability to seamlessly weld together the most eclectic bag of sounds into her bold and brazen sets has affectionately earned her the moniker of ‘shapeshifter’. She fuses deep bass cuts and thought provoking drum patterns, across genres that would formerly seem nonsensical, into an alluring and head melting dance floor experience.

Residencies at clubs such as Amsterdam’s De School and Berlin’s Griessmuehle are a testament to her skills and we cannot wait to see what tricks she will perform with a 3 hour peak time set. Raq-L is no stranger to the steel city. Since moving to London she has built herself an infamous reputation, running her own club night, 'Cymatic" and supporting the likes of Loefah, Oblig & Samurai Breaks. Expect an onslaught of jungle and high energy riddims as she closes out the night.

This will be our first ever event at Hope Works and for the rig we are blessed to have, once again, the omnipotent RAZE sound system.
