Hope Works is a strictly aged 18+ venue. We operate a challenge 25 policy, all those lucky enough to appear under the age of 25 will be asked to provide evidence of their age by a valid photographic ID (UK Driving License, PASS 18+ Card or Passport).
The venue operates a cloakroom and charges £2 per item. All large items, such as large bags, motorcycle helmets and backpacks, must be left in the cloakroom.
Please be aware that no item will be given out from the cloakroom without the matching ticket being presented. If you've lost your ticket, you will be asked to wait until the end of the event to collect your belongings.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged whilst in the cloakroom. All items are left at the risk of the owner.
We take the safety and well-being of you, our customers, extremely seriously. If at any point during the night you feel uncomfortable as a result of someone else's behaviour please speak to a member of staff.
We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment or discrimination of any kind. Sexists, racists, ableists, ageists, homophobes, transphobes and bigots are NOT welcome at Hope Works.
Likewise, If you feel unwell, for any reason, please let us know and we will provide you with the appropriate support. We do not judge and every issue will be treated in the strictest confidence.
